Todos Santos: Now here is a true Santa Fe specialty! A real catch 22—inside this teensy-weensy shop you find the most delicious confections, but once you see the way these candies are dressed you won't want to touch them. This place is something else. The owner sells outstanding chocolates he makes himself in his 200 square foot shop.
 
The chocolates are smooth as silk, some in the form of milagros covered in edible real gold and silver. They also offer filled chocolates and combination swirls. You name it, it's here but executed so beautifully you almost need to buy two—one to eat and one to keep. The owner keeps his secrets close to his heart. He doesn't have a Web site and doesn't allow photography (but we found one online!). This shop alone makes a trip to SF worth it!
