For me, optimal health depends on your lifestyle choice, not a decision to follow fitness fads and add or eliminate certain things from your diet or routine. People often ask me how I maintain a high level of fitness while balancing a successful chiropractic office and family. The answer is simple: I choose to move towards wellness. I make conscious decisions everyday that propel my mind and body to feel and look as good as possible. The weight loss industry is a billion dollar entity which often uses statistics and numbers, for better weight management, making you think if you add this and subtract that you will be successful.
