While only 30% of us Savvy Girls in our 30s snore now, the number jumps to an unsavory 40% in middle age and keeps going up as we age.  A ghastly, embarrassing, humiliating (ok, I don't snore THAT loud, although Mr. Savvy might disagree) problem, there are a few tricks you can do to open up your breathing passage and ensure you never get that karate-chop-to-the-back from your partner (or have to give it).
