If you decide to join forces and wear a bed bra, there are a couple of important guidelines to bear in mind for ensuring you are supported, but comfortable at the same time.  Because, really, who cares about sagging boobs if you can't get a good night's sleep due to restricted breathing or wire pokage?

DON'T:

• Wear an underwire.  Although there is no scientific evidence connecting bra-wearing to an increased cancer risk, there's no need for uncomfortable bedtime armor.
• Wear anything constricting.  It's all about support, but it's all about comfort, too.
• Wear anything remotely as supportive as your day bra.  You're not jumping hurdles, so your boobs don't need the same level of support, just a little soft cupping (I know, crazy word alert!) to help retain their shape.

DO:

• Choose a wireless bra in a soft, breathable fabric like cotton or nylon with a little bit of spandex.  A lightweight sports bra or cotton bra, like Victoria's Secret Lounge Bralette (2 for $26) would be perfect or for extra spice, we love Victoria's Secret Wireless Lace Bra  ($24.50) in soft nylon/spandex.
• Be comfortable at all times.  You can even opt for a tank top with a built-in bra, just make sure it's not too tight around the chest.  Perhaps even try a size up to ensure comfort.
