Why So Savvy: When Alexandra Scott, at the age of four, opened a lemonade stand in her front yard to help find a cure for pediatric cancer, which she was bravely battling, she meant business. In her first year, she raised $2,000, and by her eighth birthday, she had raised over $1 million. Although Alex sadly lost her battle with cancer in 2004, her legacy continues through Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, which has raised over $30 million to date.
