The Ultimate Energy Salad
Got the lunchtime blues? Want something that will give you energy and not add too many calories? Here’s what we are loving right now: green salad - preferably mixed, some type of lean meat, half teaspoon sesame seed oil, tamari sauce and a fresh squeeze of lime. Add as many crunchy veg as you want, pepper, baby corn, cauliflower florets, fresh peas. And then a dash of superfood: pomegranate seeds and quinoa!
