Mondays can be stressful. We don’t know where you work in the world, but that old 5PM ‘end of the work day’ timeframe doesn’t hold true today. Especially, if you work remote. We like doing a few breathing exercises to prepare for real day end, just to get us through the last hour, and hopefully set us up for a relaxing evening.
Our favorite routine is:
- Relax your shoulders
- Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly
- Inhale through your nose for about two seconds
- As you breathe in, your belly should move outward
