Get Up and Stretch!
How many of you have made resolutions this new year and given up on them already? It can be hard to keep motivated even after just a few weeks. Why not do a trade off? I have committed to running a certain number of days each week, but for the mornings when I just can't pull myself out of bed, I told myself I have to do some yoga. This way, even my compromises still are beneficial!
My favorite series is the sun salutation- it is a number of poses that easily flow into each other, and are just enough to get my blood pumping. YouTube has any number of tutorials, and here is a simple diagram to get you started!
