1. What's your definition of savvy? 
   Making a decision straight from the gut with a certain level of unknown. Savviness is both scientific and emotional—you must be able to process relevant information and define personal value in the eyes of your consumer.
2. What's the savviest trait you bring to your business? 
   Having an out-of-box perspective—not coming from the apparel world gives us a certain cross-industrial edge that is lacking in most fashion brands.
3. And your unsavviest trait? 
   We just started recycling—a little late on the whole green movement, we know.
4. What's the savviest piece of advice you received before starting your business?
   Never lack foresight or vision.
5. Who was the savviest person that inspired your business?   
   There is no one particular inspiration at APART—we all motivate one another to learn and expose ourselves to what’s most relevant and valuable to our customers.
6. What savvy advice could you offer someone who wants to start his/her own business?
   Ask yourself if you are willing to risk it all. 
7. What's your savviest tip?
   Listen to your gut—business is 70% intuition and 30% actual knowledge.
